Narrabeen Lagoon Aquatic Boardwalk

Council has developed plans for an aquatic boardwalk for the northern side of the Narrabeen Lagoon trail, adjacent to the Wakehurst Parkway, to improve safety and protect the environment.

Expression of Interest for the Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee

Northern Beaches Council is seeking to appoint an independent external member to its Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee. The Committee has been established to promote open and transparent governance at Northern Beaches Council and to provide independent assurance, oversight and assistance to Council in fulfilling its governance objectives.

Applications are now open for an independent person to join the above Committee. This role will be remunerated.

Bilgola Beach Upgrade

We have proposed works for the Bilgola beachfront to make it more robust to frequent usage and to improve maintenance. The plans include renewal of the showers and improvement to the accessible shower, replacement of the koppers logs with sandstone seats, retention of the existing memorial seats and planting of new grass.
