The decision
Roads and Maritime would like to thank everyone who took the time to consider our proposal and provide feedback.
We have considered the comments received and decided to proceed with Option 1 – four hour parking on Saturdays and Sundays from 8am to 8pm.
Roads and Maritime will finalise the detailed design for this project. The four hour parking restriction on Saturdays and Sundays from 8am to 8pm is due to be installed in mid-late 2016.
We will continue to keep the community informed of the project as it progresses.

RMS are seeking your feedback by Monday 4th January 2016 on a proposal to change 33 car spaces on the eastern side of Barrenjoey Road between Beaconsfield Street and Palm Road.
They are proposing two options;
- Four Hour parking on Saturdays & Sundays between 8am & 8pm
- No Parking on Saturdays & Sundays between 8am & 8pm.
