Underground parking at this development was approved with parking access from Robertson Rd (next to the Post Office site). This access site was heavily objected to by the NRA who believed it should be closer to Barrenjoey Rd to reduce the traffic and allow more chance for Robertson Rd or a greater proportion of it to be closed off for events, the developer agreed to make break wall provisions to allow a future access to come from Foamcrest Ave.

Looking at the drawings it appears that cars will be able to enter from Foamcrest making Robertson two way for at least part??
