The Labor Government has cancelled the upgrade of Mona Vale Road West to save $340 million to spend elsewhere. This upgrade had started under the former Government before it was cancelled in September by the new Labor Government.
Our local State member Rory Amon has commented “With the $250 million Mona Vale Road East upgrade nearing completion, Labor’s decision is like stopping life saving surgery halfway.”
